Niva M is a Technical Sourcer at Jumpstart since May 2022, specializing in recruitment for start-ups and Hi-Tech companies. Niva possesses strong knowledge of the local tech scene and interpersonal skills, managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to contract signing. Currently working with multiple companies through Jumpstart, including Okibo, SafeBase, Harmonya, Duve, and others, Niva has experience sourcing technical talent for various organizations. Niva is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management, expected to be completed in October 2023.
