For Duverger, macarons are an art and French Chef Claire Becker created the perfect combination of texture, appearance and flavor to bring the American consumers the same experience they would find in Paris.

The adventure started in 2010 out of an LA neighborhood bakery in which they would bake at night and sell at Farmer’s markets during the day. 
Today, Duverger owns a state of the art production facility and is distributed in major natural retail chains & bakeries throughout the United States.
