Michael Grome

Michael Grome has extensive experience in leadership roles within the aerospace and defense manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at D&V Electronics since February 2023 and General Manager at Marathon Boat Group Inc since February 2022, Michael previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Arnprior Rapid Manufacturing Solutions from September 2017 to July 2021. Michael also led AAA Aircraft Supply as General Manager from April 2012 to September 2017 and was Vice President of Sales at Camtech LLC from May 2007 to April 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Justice and Sociology from State University of New York at Oswego and has furthered education at Syracuse University.
