Eric Chow

Eric Chow is currently a Senior Data Analyst II at dv01. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate - Portfolio Analytics at Square Mile Capital Management from October 2020 to October 2022. Eric also worked as an Associate - Portfolio Analytics at USAA Real Estate from October 2020 to October 2022. From April 2020 to October 2020, they were an Associate - Securitization Group at ING. In this role, they were responsible for secured lending including ABS warehouse financing for tax liens, consumer loans, student loans, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) assessments, and whole-business securitization (WBS). Eric also did cash flow modeling for ABS assets and liability, credit approval requests, legal documentation, borrowing base calculations, and portfolio management (covenant monitoring, renewals, amendments, waivers). From October 2019 to December 2019, they were an Analyst - Short-Term Assignment - Securitisation Group in Amsterdam. Prior to that, they were an Analyst - Securitization Group at ING from April 2017 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Structured Finance Analyst at EY from August 2015 to April 2017. Eric Chow started their professional career as a Teaching Assistant - Introduction to Financial Management at Binghamton University from January 2015 to May 2015.

Eric Chow has a M.S. in Business Analytics from Baruch College, a B.S. Honors in Management from Binghamton University - School of Management, and an Advanced Designation Diploma from Maine-Endwell Senior High School. Eric is also certified from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and from Moody's Analytics as a Moody's Credit Training Specialist.
