Fred Leong is the Chief People Officer at dv01. Fred has previously worked as HR Senior Director at Hearst, where they were responsible for shaping the employee experience and building high performing teams across Magazines' Digital Media. While at HSBC, they served as Global Performance and Rewards Advisor, positioning the global business banking division to achieve business goals by aligning performance management with total reward strategies. At Deutsche Bank, they worked as a Global Compensation Advisor.
