Ryan Rakowski

Ryan Rakowski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan currently works as a Staff Engineer at dv01 since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at Berkshire Grey from March 2021 to November 2021.

Ryan also held the position of Sr. Data Engineer at Root Insurance Company from May 2019 to March 2021, where they led the development of the financials reporting component on the Root Enterprise Data Warehouse. Before that, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Innate Agency from October 2015 to May 2019, where they led the architecture, design, and development of the Impulse Travel Insurance Sales platform.

In the earlier years of their career, Ryan gained experience as a Sr. Biometrics Engineer at Ideal Innovations, Inc. from March 2014 to October 2015, where they designed and built software components for counter-IED testbed systems. Ryan also worked as a Senior Consultant at RDA Corporation from January 2012 to March 2014, where they architected and designed a .NET solution for capturing revenue data.

Prior to that, Ryan served as a Sr. Software Engineer at Eastport Analytics from October 2009 to January 2012, working on data architecture and application development for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Inc.'s sales and marketing analytic business unit. Ryan also worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from December 2006 to October 2009, where they developed a financials database for ODNI - IARPA.

Earlier in their career, Ryan held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at The InteqGroup from 2003 to 2006, and at nanoCom from 1999 to 2003.

Ryan Rakowski attended Virginia Tech from 1994 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering.
