Chris Haney

Chris Haney has more than 20 years of experience managing workforce solutions for companies serving State Government. In 1992, they started Absolute Golf Performance, where they sold and managed corporate and charity golf events. Chris then worked at Shenzhen Golf Club as a Golf Professional in 1994. In 1996, they joined Olsten Staffing as a Sales and Recruiting, and was promoted to a recruiter and then to sales. In 1998, they moved to Channel Resources as a Producer on both sides of the desk for tech, and with some success earned a recruiter and then another. In 2002, they became an Independent Producer, specializing in direct hire, CFO, Controller, and Finance positions with home builders in Northern California. In 2003, they joined Robert Half Technology as a Division Director, where they maintained a full individual book of business and managed a sales and recruiting team. In 2005, they were Managing Director at Modis, where they assumed an unprofitable branch and executed a turnaround resulting in 5 years of uninterrupted double digit return. In 2013, they joined Genuent as Managing Director, where they managed the growing operations of Genuent in Northern California. In 2012, they became Co-Owner of Dad's Kitchen, a neighborhood focused Craft Beer tap room, and also Chief Executive Officer at DVBE Connect, where they lead all aspects and has developed data analytics strategies to identify, locate, and communicate with California citizens.

Chris Haney obtained an AA in Golf Complex Management and Operations from the San Diego Golf Academy between 1992 and 1994. Chris also holds a Kundalini Yoga Instructor certification from KRI.
