Murray Benton is a proud Aboriginal Barkindji Koori man from Central West New South Wales who currently serves as the Deputy CEO of Youth Justice at QATSICPP, Queensland's inaugural Youth Justice Peak Body. Appointed in September 2024, Murray is also a board member of the Child Death Review Board at the Queensland Family and Child Commission and a director at DVConnect. With extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, Murray has worked in various capacities including youth service management and as a campaigner for youth mental health and suicide prevention through "The Good Fight Australia." Murray holds a Graduate Diploma in Management and is currently an MBA candidate, focusing on business administration, management, and leadership.
