Colm McKee

Colm McKee has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Colm is currently working as a Production Design Manager at Dvele, where they focus on creating sustainable and technologically advanced homes.

Prior to that, Colm worked as a Building Components Designer at Phoenix Building Components, where they specialized in designing components for construction projects.

Colm also worked as a Manager of Modular Building Services at Steenhof Building Services Group, where they played a key role in the industrialization of off-site residential wall panel and truss manufacturing.

As the Vice President of Design and Engineering at Green Terra Homes, Colm was responsible for coordinating certifications and developing engineering packages for cold form steel construction.

Colm also gained experience as a Project Manager and Architectural Technologist at BPE Development, where they designed and detailed architectural and construction drawings.

Before transitioning to the construction industry, Colm worked in logistics at Drake International and as an English language teacher at Langcon Avalon and YBM ECC.

Earlier in their career, Colm worked as an Architectural Technologist at Yeoman McAllister Architects and EML Architects, where they were involved in various residential and social housing projects.

Colm McKee pursued their education in the field of Architectural Technology. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Munster Technological University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Following this, they enrolled at Edinburgh Napier University between 2007 and 2008 to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field.
