DVM Pigments & Additives (DVM) is the proud manufacturer of the Hydrotint, Hydroflex and Universal Ranges of refined aqueous pigment dispersions. They are used by many industries, including manufacturers of decorative paints, latex gloves and balloons, fibre board, paper and artist colours.
