DVMschdlr is the relief workflow platform for veterinary professionals—bringing scheduling, documentation, and communication into one seamless system.

Built by a practicing veterinarian, DVMschdlr helps relief veterinarians and clinics connect, manage shifts, and streamline clinical workflow all in one place.

At the core of the platform is AI Scribe, which allows veterinarians to record exams and generate instant SOAP notes and discharge instructions—formatted to their workflow. With customizable templates and PIMS-compatible formats (Cornerstone, Avimark, eVetPractice, NaVetor, and more), notes can be easily copied, downloaded, or shared with clients.

Beyond documentation, DVMschdlr supports the entire relief workflow:

Smart shift scheduling and fast booking
Availability posting with real-time matching
Two-way notifications based on location and preferences
Direct messaging with built-in AI assistance
Transparent rate setting with no middleman
Recurring shift scheduling for clinics

Additional tools like Day Sheets and AI-generated end-of-day summaries help veterinarians track patients and deliver professional shift reports with ease.

DVMschdlr is designed for both sides of the workflow:
