Bas Wiedeman has extensive experience in project development, currently serving as Adviseur/Projectontwikkelaar at DVP since December 2020. As the owner of Dekkers Wiedeman Projectontwikkeling BV since 2005, Bas specializes in the development of small to medium-sized projects, overseeing all aspects from acquisition to realization. Past roles include Senior projectontwikkelaar at VORM Ontwikkeling B.V. from September 2018 to September 2020, and Developer at BIESTERBOS BV for a brief period in 2018. Bas also held the position of Ontwikkelingsmanager at HBG Vastgoed BV / BAM Vastgoed BV from 2001 to 2005, where responsibilities included regional area developments like the Dongeoevers project. Previous experience includes working as Ontwikkelingsmanager at Amstelland Ontwikkeling BV and as a Management Trainee at Wilma Bouw BV. Bas holds a degree in Ingenieur, HTS Bouwkunde commercial engineer from De Haagse Hogeschool and completed MTS at Leyweg Den Haag.
