Jaydene Badenhorst

Jaydene Badenhorst is an experienced professional in employee experience and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Employee Experience Manager and Culture Manager at DVT since January 2019, Jaydene oversees key areas such as employee onboarding, talent development, engagement, wellness, and culture management, along with events management and coaching. Prior to this role, Jaydene gained extensive experience in recruitment through positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cartrack, Senior Internal IT Recruiter at e-Merge IT Recruitment, and Specialist IT Recruitment Consultant at Lesley Snyman and Associates. Jaydene holds a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications from IIE Varsity College and completed the Senior Certificate (Matric) at Durban North College.
