DWAI.com's objective is to connect people who have been arrested for DUI, DWI, and DWAI, in a confidential manner, with attorneys who specialize in these cases. Complimenting our primary service, DWAI.com will provide associated resources to those arrested.

Company Summary

DWAI.com is an online service company.  The website is a directory of Attorneys and Law Firms specializing in the defense of persons arrested for Driving Drunk.  DUI (Driving Under the Influence), DWI (Driving While Impaired) & DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired) are all too common.  With new laws and lower blood-to-alcohol content levels, arrests are on the rise.  Beside the Drunk Driver, a certain portion of these arrests are the result of over-prescribed medication(s), failure to take prescribed medication(s) and outright illegal drug use.  In any case, those arrested require legal representation, contributing to the multi-billion dollar law profession, our target market.  Initially, DWAI.com will focus on the NYC Metro area.

DWAI.com will provide Users with a FREE, and ANONYMOUS directory of Attorneys and Law Firms specializing in DUI, DWI, & DWAI defense. Clients will list their services and specialties on DWAI.com for a monthly fee.

Primary Clients will clearly include Attorneys and Law Firms, however there are a number of associated businesses that would benefit from advertising on DWAI.com. These include:

Ultimately, DWAI.com will be a database searchable by State, County and/or Zip Code.  Users will enjoy the anonymous nature of the website.  Once they choose a Client from the database, they will be directed to the Client's contact page.  Users will never be required to input personal information such as a name, address, phone or email prior to obtaining their objective.
