Travis Williams has an extensive work experience that spans over two decades. In 2000, they began their career as a Wide Receiver for the Green Bay Packers. In 2005, they became a Branch Manager for WW Grainger, where they grew revenue by 20%. In 2010, they were appointed General Manager of Omni Cable, where they were responsible for a $20M revenue and 13+ employees. In 2015, they became a Branch Manager for Gexpro, where they were responsible for a $25M revenue and 30+ employees. In 2018, they were appointed Vice President of Business Development for Kris-Tech Wire, where they led a growth of 12%. In 2019, they became the CEO/Founder of W3 Group. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Distributor Wire & Cable. In addition, they also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve from 2000 to 2015, where they successfully completed four Commanding Officer roles, participated in multiple Joint Deployments, and worked with SEAL TEAM 17/NSWG-3 as the Reserve Operations Officer.

Travis Williams attended the United States Naval Academy from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Travis then attended the University of San Diego from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Master of Science in Global Leadership. In 2011, they completed a Certification in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy from the Naval Postgraduate School.
