Brice Plossard

Brice Plossard is an experienced professional in organizational development and transformation, currently serving as Managing Partner and directeur du developpement at Coldep since April 2023 and as a Partner at Dweet. Since February 2023, Brice has also been involved with 3.6.9 Conseil as an entrepreneur, focusing on nurturing talents and organizations. Previously, Brice held significant roles at AUSY from July 2005 to January 2023, including Directeur de la transformation, where responsibility included implementing strategic transformation plans and managing large departments comprising hundreds of collaborators across various sectors. Brice's career began with roles at Decathlon France, Katalyse, HARDIS GROUP, and Orange, following academic achievements at emlyon business school and Université Lumière Lyon 2.
