Ignacio Benejam is a Dispute Resolution Partner at RCD, with over twenty years of experience specializing in dispute resolution. They have intervened in numerous national and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, advising on corporate, financial, contractual, personal liability, and insurance disputes. Ignacio has extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law and good governance practices, actively participating in pre-litigation and judicial stages, as well as extrajudicial transactions. Their broad client base includes family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, insurance companies, venture capital firms, and electric companies. Ignacio holds a Licenciatura en Derecho and a Máster Académico en Derecho de Empresa from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
