Alistair Hogarth

Alistair Hogarth is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and M&A law. Currently serving as a Partner at DWF since February 2017, Alistair previously held a longstanding position at PwC Legal LLP and PwC, beginning in March 1997 and becoming a Partner in 2001. Alistair's legal career was initiated at Clifford Chance LLP, where work as a Corporate Solicitor followed completion of the Trainee Solicitor program from March 1993 to March 1997. Alistair holds a BA Joint Hons in Economics and Geography from Newcastle University and completed the Law Society Common Professional Examination and Law Society Finals Examination at Bristol Polytechnic/University of The West of England. Early education was completed at The John Bentley School in Calne, Wiltshire.
