Ben Flanagan

Ben Flanagan is a Partner at DWF Group, specializing in trial and appellate counsel with extensive experience in cybersecurity events and privacy breaches. Called to the bar in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, Ben has dedicated much of their career to advising clients on legal strategies related to cyber incidents and defending against associated claims. They hold a Doctor of Law from the University of Alberta and a Certificate in Cybersecurity from York University, and have acted as counsel in numerous significant cases. Ben is also an engaged educator, serving as a lecturer and mentor in the field of law.
