Ben Winstanley

Ben Winstanley is an Early Careers Specialist at DWF, responsible for leading the Apprenticeship Programme and managing the entire cycle from attraction to qualification, with a focus on enhancing the apprenticeship offerings in the legal industry. Prior to this role, Ben served as the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead at DXC Technology, where leadership was provided to a team of recruiters responsible for onboarding over 150 young professionals annually into the Early Careers Programme. Earlier experience includes project management for public sector clients and a position in Early Careers Recruitment at Preston North End FC. Ben holds a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Management from the University of Lancashire and completed studies at Cardinal Newman College Preston.
