Caroline Colliston

Caroline Colliston is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate tax, serving as the Office Managing Partner for DWF's Scotland offices since May 2016 and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Group. Caroline provides corporate tax and share schemes legal support, including tax advice and regulatory compliance for corporate clients. In addition to these roles, Caroline holds various advisory and leadership positions, such as a member of the Advisory Board for Business in the Community Scotland and the ICAS Employment Taxes Working Group. Caroline is also actively involved with the Law Society of Scotland and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, contributing to tax law education and professional standards. An accomplished academic, Caroline has served as an external examiner at the University of Dundee and possesses multiple legal qualifications, including a First Class LLB from the University of Dundee and Chartered Tax Adviser credentials.
