Ciara Healy is a Corporate Senior Associate at DWF, with extensive experience in corporate law since joining in September 2015. Notable transactions include advising DWF Group on its £366 million Main Market Premium Listing in March 2019 and acting as the sole global coordinator for Berenberg on the £65 million IPO of Tekmar Group Plc. Prior to the current role, Ciara served as a Corporate Associate and Corporate Solicitor, and completed a diverse training contract with seats in Real Estate, Insurance, Construction, Litigation, and Corporate law.
