Dylan Higgins is a qualified solicitor with experience in finance litigation at DWF since March 2021, handling a variety of legal matters including commercial litigation, motor finance litigation, debt recovery, and insolvency work. Prior to this role, Dylan completed a trainee solicitor position involving multiple practice areas, qualifying specifically in finance litigation. Dylan's extensive background includes work as a paralegal managing undefended court actions and training new staff, as well as a role as a notary public with The Law Society of Scotland since April 2024 and serving as a diversity and inclusion mentor for Aspiring Solicitors since April 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
