George McNeilly

George McNeilly, Assoc CIPD, is a seasoned professional currently serving as Partner and Head of Early Talent at DWF since June 2023. In this role, George leads the firm's Early Talent Strategy, focusing on developing programs for school leavers to 3PQE lawyers, and oversees the training strategy for over 500 qualified lawyers.
