James Murphy

James Murphy has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Partner in Real Estate Finance at DWF since October 2016, where responsibilities also include roles as Legal Director and Senior Associate. Prior to this, James worked as a Senior Solicitor at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP from February 2015 to September 2016, specializing in Banking and Finance. James's career began at Arthur Cox as a Trainee Solicitor from June 2007 to March 2010, followed by a position as Senior Associate at Bonn Steichen & Partners, focusing on Corporate, Private Equity, and Banking from January 2011 to January 2015. Academic qualifications include diplomas in Corporate Law and Governance and Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, an MSc in Commerce (Research), and a BSc in Government and Public Policy, both from University College Cork.
