Jez Mann

Jez Mann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database management and client relationship management, primarily within the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior CRM Manager at DWF since May 2011, Jez is responsible for comprehensive database administration and the creation of a unified client view. Previous roles include Business Analyst positions at Santander Corporate Bank and Banco Santander, where responsibilities included CRM database maintenance and customer data management. Prior to that, Jez held various roles at Alliance & Leicester, encompassing responsibilities as a Portfolio Manager, Account Coordinator, Underwriter, and Fraud Investigator, showcasing a diversified skill set across customer servicing and financial operations. Education was completed at Broomfields Secondary School from 1974 to 1979.
