John Campion is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at DWF since January 2020, Campion previously held the role of Corporate Finance and M&A Partner at DLA Piper from May 1998 to April 2019, where involvement included domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, flotations, and equity offerings. Additionally, Campion contributed to DLA Piper's International Corporate Reorganizations group, providing integrated services for multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganizations.
