John Fiddick

John Fiddick is a partner at DWF with over 20 years of experience in commercial and business litigation across all courts in British Columbia. They have acted for a diverse range of clients, including commercial lenders, trustees in bankruptcy, and both secured and unsecured creditors in various insolvency matters. John has specialized in business disputes involving companies and partnerships, and has represented clients in shareholder disputes and real estate claims. They also have a strong background in legal writing, co-authoring the Annotated BC Court Order Enforcement Act for Canada Law Book. John holds an LLB in Business Law from The University of British Columbia and a B.Comm (Hons.) in Commerce and Finance from Queen's University.
