Jonathan Robinson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private company mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Currently a Partner at DWF since December 2012, Jonathan specializes in private equity and venture capital investments, along with shareholder arrangements and joint ventures. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as a Partner at Eversheds from November 2001 to December 2012, advising private equity investors and management teams on private company M&A. Jonathan began as a Solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard from August 1999 to October 2001. Education was completed at The University of Sheffield, where Jonathan attained a degree in Law from 1986 to 1989.
