Jyoti Mathews

Jyoti Mathews is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Client Care at DWF since August 2021, where collaboration with global leadership teams and partners focuses on operational risk management, compliance, governance, and exceptional client care. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Director for Commercial Services at DWF Law LLP from October 2019 to July 2021 and various leadership positions within DWF from June 2009 to October 2019, including COO of the Commercial Division and Head of HR Business Partnering. Jyoti's career began at BAE Systems as an HR Business Partner and included a role as HR Manager at Greater Manchester Police. Jyoti holds a BA in Social Policy from the University of York, earned between 1992 and 1995.
