Laura McCabe

Laura McCabe is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner and Solicitor Advocate at DWF since February 2024. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Anderson Strathern from May 2019 to February 2024, including Director, Senior Associate, and Associate, all in the capacity of Solicitor Advocate. Laura has also contributed to legal education as a Commercial Litigation Tutor at The University of Edinburgh in both 2019 and 2022 and tutored civil litigation at the University of Strathclyde from September 2016 to April 2018. Previously, Laura served as an Associate and Solicitor Advocate at Addleshaw Goddard, where a secondment to the Hong Kong office took place. Earlier in the career, Laura gained experience as a Senior Solicitor at HBJ Gateley and as a Trainee Solicitor at Russells Gibson McCaffrey. Educational qualifications include an LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law, along with studies at Lund University.
