Laurence Applegate

Laurence Applegate is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate department at DWF since January 2018, specializing in private equity, corporate real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and restructurings. Prior to DWF, Laurence held partnership roles at REN Legal and Hierons, and worked as a Solicitor at McDermott Will & Emery and Reed Smith LLP. Laurence's academic background includes a degree in Law and European Studies with French from the University of Sussex, completed in 1996, following earlier education at King Edward VI Grammar School in Chelmsford.
