Lynne Macfarlane

Lynne Macfarlane is a skilled court litigator and partner at DWF, specializing in public sector, corporate, and insurance law, particularly in public and employer's liability claims. With over twenty years of experience, Lynne has notably represented several local authorities in central Scotland and has extensive expertise in credit hire cases and health and safety prosecutions. As a solicitor advocate, Lynne was the first female lawyer at Simpson and Marwick to obtain extended rights of audience. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Aberdeen and a Master of Arts from The University of Glasgow.
