Mark Foley has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Windows Autopilot and Copilot Subject Matter Expert and Technology Support Engineer Team Leader at DWF since October 2013. Mark has held several leadership positions within DWF, including IT Technician Team Leader and 2nd Line Servicedesk Analyst, and began the career in IT as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst.
