Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker is a consultant at DWF, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this, Matthew served as the Global Head of Corporate Secretarial and Entity Management at Eversheds Sutherland from February 2017 to March 2019, and at Eversheds from November 2005 to March 2019, where responsibility included overseeing the Corporate Secretarial Team. Earlier in Matthew's career, a role as the Manager of the Company Secretarial Unit at Addleshaw Goddard from January 1986 to August 2003 involved establishing and leading a large company secretarial team within a UK law firm. Matthew holds an MBA in Business Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University (1997-2000) and an FCIS in Company Secretarial from Sheffield Hallam University (1982-1985).
