Michele Cicchetti is the Managing Partner of DWF Italy, specializing in acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions, and energy. They advise multinational and domestic companies on energy-related project financings, corporate restructurings, and M&A transactions, while also representing private equity investors and major international sponsors and banks in leveraged finance deals. Previously, Michele held positions as a Senior Associate at White & Case, Counsel at Carnelutti Law Firm, and Partner at Pavia e Ansaldo. Michele earned a degree in Commercial Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano from 1996 to 2000 and is recognized for expertise in corporate finance and energy by Chambers Europe.
