Paul Maddock

Paul Maddock is a Director at DWF, where experience spans from June 2009 to the present across various roles, including Senior Associate, Associate, and Senior Solicitor. Within the Commercial Litigation practice group, Paul Maddock handles a broad array of dispute resolutions, such as shareholder disputes, contractual litigation, education claims, probate litigation, and professional negligence claims. Prior experience includes roles as a Trainee Solicitor with exposure to Employment and Pensions, Property Litigation, and Asset Finance Litigation, alongside a secondment at Lloyds Banking Group, and serving as a Paralegal and FRU Manager. Paul Maddock is actively involved in the legal community, serving as Chair of the Law Society’s LGBT Division Committee since February 2019 and having previously chaired the Out Front (DWF LGBT staff network) from May 2012 to July 2017. Paul Maddock holds a Law degree with a 2:1 from the University of Liverpool and a Legal Practice Course qualification from the College of Law, Chester.
