Stephanie Luttrell, BBA, CRM, FCIP, currently serves as the Head of Claims Management for Canada at DWF Claims Canada Ltd., a role held since November 2016, where business operations focus on managing the claims portfolios of insurers globally. Before this position, Stephanie gained extensive experience in the claims sector, including roles as Senior Claims Analyst at DWF Claims, Senior Technical Specialist Liability at Travelers Canada, and Claims Adjuster at AIG. With a solid background in handling severe liability claims, litigation, and comprehensive risk management, Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, along with professional designations in Canadian Risk Management and as a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional.
