Steve Varley CBE serves as the Chair of DWF Group and the Liverpool FC Foundation, as well as Chair of Unity Advisory. Varley was formerly the Chairman and Managing Partner of EY UK&I and held roles including Global Vice Chair of Sustainability and member of the EMEIA Executive Board. They have also served as a Non-Executive Board Member at Loughborough University from 2014 to 2023 and continue as a Patron of the EY Foundation and the Social Business Trust. Varley earned a BEng in Engineering from Loughborough University in 1990.
