Tom Mellish

Tom Mellish is a Lead Paralegal in Dispute Resolution at DWF, a top 20 UK law firm, where they assist with and oversee the resolution of construction, professional negligence, commercial, and civil contract disputes. They are currently undertaking the solicitors qualifying examination while drawing from extensive experience in various dispute resolution methods, including litigation, adjudication, and mediation. Previously, Tom has undertaken roles as a paralegal and claims adjuster, supporting a range of legal and administrative functions across multiple law firms and organizations. Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London.
