Tracey Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and business excellence. Currently serving as Head of Risk and Excellence at DWF since April 2012, Tracey has also held the positions of Head of Business Excellence, Senior Business Excellence Manager, and Quality & Improvement Manager. Prior to DWF, Tracey worked at CEVA Logistics from 1998 to 2008 as Head of Quality and Quality Manager. Earlier in the career at TNT Express from 1996 to 1998, Tracey served as an Internal Auditor. Tracey holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management from The Open University.
