Dan Mitchell

Dan Mitchell is a Partner at DWF, where they currently lead the London Casualty practice within the Insurance Group. With over 15 years of experience, Dan specializes in representing train operating, bus, and logistics companies in complex motor, employers', and public liability insurance claims. Before joining DWF, Dan served as a Partner at Weightmans from 2001 to 2009. Dan also has a background in advising both UK and international composite insurers and has extensive experience in occupational disease claims, including work for Central Government Departments. They are currently pursuing a degree in English at the University of Exeter.
