Jill Sinclair

Jill Sinclair is the Partner and Head of Counter Fraud (Scotland) at DWF, where they focus on counter fraud and claims validation. With extensive experience in defending suspected fraudulent insurance claims, Jill has a background in high value catastrophic injury and clinical negligence claims. Previously a Partner at Harper Macleod LLP from 2006 to 2016, Jill is recognized in legal directories for being "committed, highly organised and efficient," with a strong emphasis on strategic litigation. Jill holds an LLB Hons Dip LP in Law from The University of Edinburgh, earned between 1999 and 2003.
