Jon Stevens

Jon Stevens is the Global Head of Tax and Private Capital at DWF and the Office Managing Partner for its Birmingham office. They provide expert advice on tax planning related to corporate and property transactions, including the structuring of property funds. Jon has lectured extensively on VAT, stamp duty, and stamp duty land tax, and has been recognized as a leading individual in the fields of tax law by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. They began their legal career at Eversheds and served as a partner at Squire Patton Boggs before joining DWF in 2013. Jon holds an LLB in Law and Politics from the University of Birmingham.
