Matthew Kernohan

Matthew Kernohan is a corporate lawyer at DWF in London, where they advise U.S. private equity funds on UK and MENA acquisitions, as well as assist UK public companies with bolt-on acquisitions and reorganizations. Previously, Matthew completed a training contract with Millar McCall Wylie Solicitors to become legally qualified in Northern Ireland and represented Northern Ireland at the International Negotiation Competition in 2021. They also have experience as a paralegal at Wilson Nesbitt, focusing on mental health and capacity law, and worked as a maintenance technician at Barry's Amusements from 2013 to 2019. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University Belfast, where they studied Law and Politics.
