Michael Doherty is a Tech Onboarding and Support Manager with a robust background in training and customer service. They held various roles at The Co-operative Bank plc from 2016 to 2018, including RTO Trainer and Supervisor and Personal Banker, where they developed and delivered training programs and supervised staff. Prior to that, they taught mathematics at two different schools in 2012 and 2013. Most recently, they served as Finance Learning & Support Team Leader at DWF, along with additional responsibilities in enterprise systems and compliance. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management with Project Management at the University of Lincoln.
