Neil Sully

Neil Sully is the Global Head of Service Delivery at DWF Claims & Adjusting, where they oversee a team of over 200 claims management and loss adjusting professionals across multiple countries. With a career that began in 1993 as a Claims Broker at Bowring, they advanced to become the London Claims Manager at Chartwell Underwriting before serving as Director at Devonshire Claims Services from 1998 to 2014. In 2014, Neil transitioned to Triton Global Limited as Head of Global Claims, overseeing operations in various countries until its acquisition by DWF in 2017. Neil earned a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies from Thurrock Technical College from 1990 to 1992.
