Stephanie Luttrell

Stephanie Luttrell is the Head of Claims Management for Canada at DWF, where they oversee claims portfolios and ensure effective resolution strategies. Previously, they worked at Travelers Canada, where they specialized in handling complex liability claims, and at AIG as a Claims Adjuster focused on personal injury and property damage claims. Stephanie began their career at Kingsway General Insurance Company, progressing through various roles in claims adjusting and underwriting. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and continue to pursue designations in Canadian Risk Management and Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional.
