Tim Smith

Tim Smith is currently a partner at DWF, where they continue to lead legal initiatives. Prior to this, from 1997 to 2022, Tim was a partner and head of the Technology, Media and Telecoms team at BLM, specializing in defamation, privacy, and data protection claims. They built a robust team of solicitors and worked closely with IT specialists to address cyber risks and provide comprehensive legal services. Tim began their career as a solicitor at Oswald Hickson Collier from 1995 to 1997.
