Tracey Johnson

Tracey Johnson is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in quality management and business excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Excellence at DWF since April 2012, Tracey has also held the roles of Head of Business Excellence, Senior Business Excellence Manager, and Quality & Improvement Manager during this tenure. Prior to joining DWF, Tracey spent a decade at CEVA Logistics as Head of Quality and Quality Manager, and previously held the position of Internal Auditor at TNT. Tracey holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management from The Open University.
